1. As a manager ,I will take decision that minimize profit in the short run ,but is legal and will contribute to stakeholder's satisfaction because as a manager ,it is my responsibility to focus on wealth maximizationwhich include increasing the stakeholder's vale as well as their satisfaction.

It is my ethical duty to do legal work only which would in the long run benefit the whole organization.

2. Most important function of HR is to ensure that all the workforce is being involved in satisfying the organisational goal and there is smooth flow of communication in the organisation.

3. In small business,due to limited number of staff,there would be only one or two Hr whose responsibility is to do all the work from recruiting to supervising to salving problems whereas in international setting ,there will be large number of HR who is being given different work according to their skills.
