There is a roller-coaster of negotiations over the Huawei trade restrictions. In the article linked below, we see that in Nov 2019 licensing restrictions will now me partially lifted. One of the examples of a company that was affected by the "black list" was Google. Google had an agreement with Huawei to provide its Android operating system for Huawei cell phones. For a while it looked like they couldn't do it. Now they may be able to. All along, the argument has been that Huawei is a security threat. However, especially considering the Android agreement, what else may be a concern for the US companies?
