For patient who have new onset of Atrial fibrillation who shows symptoms (irregular heart rate, weak peripheral pulses, cool, pale skin, and decreased capillary refill. Pt came to the clinic complaining of dizziness and near fainting that has been happening on and off for the last 48 hours.
