In evenings, students can travel anyplace within the city limits without any cost in CU NightRide shuttles, which run till 1:15 am on Fridays and Saturdays and 12:15 am in remaining nights. For off campus trips, there are eleven ski slopes within the 3 hours of campus, and Rocky Mountain National Park just 45 miles away. A little closer is Denver, state capital, where the students can see professional sports matches or concerts in unique outdoor concert hall, named as Red Rocks Amphitheatre.
Its Law School focuses on experiential learning through externships, clinics, competitions, and the mandatory pro bono work. The graduates are immediately inducted into the free alumni association. The Famous alumni include the ESPN sportscasters Chris Fowler and Jim Gray and the South Park creators Trey Parker and Matt Stone.
