Fixed Beam:

In Figure 2, we have the example of a fixed beam which is fixed (i.e. no horizontal and vertical displacement and no end rotation of beam) at both ends A and B. These induce six restraints resulting in six corresponding reactions, three at each supports, namely V_A, H_A, M_A at end A, and V_B, H_B,
