PIPO Shift Register:
In Figure, if PR = 1 and CLR = 0, all the Flip Flops shall be cleared, i.e. Q1 = Q2 = Q3 = 0. Now by applying CLR = 1, parallel data are applied at the PRESET terminals PR1, PR2 and PR3 and Preset and all of the outputs shall be loaded with the parallel data and they shall be immediately available at Q1, Q2 and Q3.
