Guidelines for Leaders Involved in Change:
A. Have and communicate a good purpose for making the change.
B. Involve people in the change.
C. Select a Change Leader who is respected by the organisation.
D. Create a team to coordinate the change.
E. Provide training in the new approach and why it is desirable.
F. Bring in outside help.
G. Establish symbols of change to help celebrate and reflect change.
H. Acknowledge and reward people who help to make it happen.
