Evaluation and Follow-up:
The output of the change initiatives (the gap among the planned and desired) should be measured periodically. To this, a befitting feedback mechanism requires to be set up - to gather information through survey, focus groups, interviews and etc. Commonly, it has been found that even if encouraging results are acquired in the beginning, along with the passage of time, the situation begin deteriorating. Managers could intervene through way of providing support, appreciation and training and etc. Special meetings, celebrations, support groups and certain kinds of reinforcements are required for enhancing and sustaining the results.
