Termination Criteria

Consider the termination criteria T is satisfied while the number of generations reaches the value gen_max. From above description, it is evident such the algorithm could be divided into two major procedures. The initial one consists of clonal selection principle and here antibodies are evaluated upon the basis of their fitness value. The advanced antibodies are selected, cloned and hyper-mutated in proportion to their antigenic affinity. At last these clones are again estimated and selected for next generation population. The second process prepares the next generation population as per to the underlying conditions.

Whilst implementing CLONALG to resolve the machine loading problem, this is assumed that there are there are two kinds of operations:

(a) Essential operation, and

(b) Optional operation.

Essential operations are those can merely be performed on an exact machine by employing definite processing time. Optional operations are those can be performed on any type of the described machine by employing different or same processing time and tool slots. Explanation of one such data set is described in Table no.9.
