These comprise all like factors which give increment to direct causes. These involve lack of knowledge and skills, physiological/anatomical deficiencies and inappropriate psychological traits of workers.

  • Inappropriate physiological/anatomical deficiencies refer to poor eye- sight, lack of fitness, hearing defects, illness, allergies, etc.
