Hand Tools - Rammer
The common hand tools that are used in foundry are as follows:
Rammer
Rammer is used to strike the sand mass in the molding box to pack it uniformly around the pattern. Peen rammer, hand rammer and floor rammer are generally used in foundry industry.
There are three types of Rammer
1. Peen Rammer
2. Hand Rammer
3. Floor Rammer
