This includes
1 The cost towards storage,
2 Handling of material at site,
3 Installation of plant and equipment, and
4 Testing and commissioning of these items.
The main component is labour cost while consumables like welding rods, etc. are included in minor proportions. The erection insurance, etc. might also be involved while bigger projects are to be dealt with.
