What is the kinetic energy of the block subsequent, Physics

Assignment Help:

A block of mass m on a plane horizontal frictionless surface is pushed up against the end of a horizontal spring the other end of which is connected to a wall therefore that it compresses the spring by an amount x. The force steady of the spring is k. Regard as the mass of the spring to be negligible. The block is released as well as the spring pushes the block away from the wall. What is the kinetic energy of the block subsequent to it loses contact with the spring? Suggestion! From the wording of the question you are supposed to know that k, m and x are to be considered known quantities and that your answer should have only known quantities in it.
