Q. What is Pre-fabricated buildings?

Buildings:

Pre-fabricated buildings shall be as per specification GS-904-0520 and, when provided, conceptual drawings prepared by Engineer.

Building frames shall be welded or bolted to skid structural frames.

Building structure, including accessories, shall not interfere with operation or maintenance requirements of skid package.

All elevated buildings on skids shall have a minimum thermal resistance of its wall, roof and underside of skid (soffit) enclosure components in accordance with GS-904-0101. Insulation, where required, shall be suitably protected and sealed against inclement weather.
