Q. Compared to mammals do birds absorb more or less water in their digestive system? Why is this phenomenon an adaptation to flight?

Bird feces are more liquid than mammal a feces that is less water is absorbed in the avian digestive system the more repeated elimination of feces in birds due to their less solid feces is an adaptation to flight since their body weight is kept lower.
