Violation of K-P Statement:

A HE produce work 'W' by exchanging the heat with one reservoir at temp. T1 only. The K-P statement is violated.

H.P. is extracting heat Q2 from low the temperature (T2) reservoir and discharging heat to the high temperature (T1) reservoir and getting work 'W'. The HE and HP together   constitute m/c working in a cycle and producing sole effect of transmitting heat from lower temperature to higher temperature.
