However an agency relationship may come to an end through: like;

  1. Mutual agreement, or consent
  2. Withdrawal of consent
  3. Performance,
  4. Bankruptcy of the principal
  5. Frustration
  6. Death of the principal like it being irrelevant such the agent was unaware of the death:  like Kennedy v. Thomassen.  So then one is
  7. Insanity of the principal: like Yonge v. Toynbee. And one is
  8. Lapse of time also.
