Production management:

In this Secetion, you have studied the introduction of production management. Functional units in an organization, features of production management and challenges faced by production managers have been elaborated. The unit also explained the history of production management. It is followed by building of production strategy, defining elements of the strategy and linking of production strategy with market strategy.
