Online Material Agreement (OLMA) is a Material agreement between Cummins and Supplier. The System will provide Online material agreement creation. The System will be used to make material agreements with Cummins office located at 21 locations throughout globe. System will provide Online negotiations as well as will compare the previous Material Agreement also before agreement with particular Supplier.
