The selected program/event should address the following areas:

• A social need that is specific to the Dallas community
• Highlights the partnership of business and community
• Allows for engagement/participation by both business leaders and residents
• Does not place an unreasonable financial burden on the Chamber

Proposal Response Requirements

Submitted responses must include the following:
• Provide background information about your company and either the non-profit agency or social cause.
• Provide at least one case study regarding previous work done with a non-profit agency
• Clearly identify the specific significant need/social issue in the Dallas area
o Why is this need important to the Dallas area?
o Why do you think this need exists?
o How is this need/issue affecting the Dallas area?
• Clearly explain the connection between your business and this social need
• In detail explain your program/event and how this will help/improve the social need you have identified
• Include a clear plan of action that details the program, event, or campaign. Included in this plan of action should be:
o An implementation timeline
o Staffing and/or volunteer requirements
o Budget and cost requirements
o Supply list (if necessary)
• Provide 3 letters of recommendation from either previous clients or previous non-profit agencies
• Include any detailed assumptions that were made (if necessary)
