Given a collection of DNA sequences (it can be downloaded in the assignment directory), where true binding sites as positive examples have been provided. The objective of this assignment is to build a learner model to recognize binging sites (functional elements in promoter regions of genes of DNA sequences). Notice that you need to select one of the two learner models by yourself and carry out the results independently by using the C4.5 tool or neural networks Toolbox in Matlab.
