NEED FOR SAFETY AND HEALTH REGULATIONS : Accidents in work place are caused by negligence at some level. Legal control is required when individuals and organisations fail to realise their duties towards maintenance of safe working conditions. The need for safety regulations can be understood, if we go through some case studies of accidents.
