Multiple Forms Issue, Visual Basic Programming

i want to use two forms in vb.net. when the progress bar in form1 reaches on a specific value then disable form1 and progress bar will stop and the second Form2 will popup which will ask for password. If the correct password is given in Form2 then Form2 will Disappeared and Form1 will be re-enabled and the progress bar will continue.
