This clause specifies whether or not the standard header and trailer labels must be present in the magnetic-tape files.

VALUE OF CLAUSE:

The VALUE OF clause is wholly implementation-dependent. In nearly all compilers this clause is used to indicate a file title. The clause in these cases has the form.
