Even though characteristics of ideal ethical behavior are not evidently defined, every organization must approve a guiding principle that make sure the employees at all levels pursue ethical practices in the organization.

Some organizations have internal counselors to help employees in dealing with ethical dilemmas. Such organizations also propose fortification to employees who bring to light, the unethical practices of some employees in the organization.
