Importance of Effective communication

Effective communication is very important to organisations, which is why they use a variety of promotional tools. Advertising, sales promotion, direct marketing, public relations, personal selling and added-value approaches like sponsorship are the most used. To get their messages through they use traditional media like print and broadcast, cinema and radio; however increasingly digital media, and Internet in particular, are used to 'talk' to and with their customers, potential customers, financiers, suppliers, distributors, communities and employees, among others.
