1. What is meant by an "increasingly diverse workforce"? What is required to manage an increasingly diverse workforce? What will you do as a manager to create an environment for a diverse workforce?

2. What is equal employment opportunity? Define disparate treatment and disparate impact.  Based on employment laws, what are some do's and don'ts that YOU will want to remember and practice when you work in an organization.

3. What is an affirmative action plan? Fully explain. Explain the basic steps the EEOC has suggested for affirmative action. Provide a case example of an affirmative action plan in an actual organization.

4. Fully explain Human Resource Planning. What is human resource planning? How does human resource planning relate to organizational planning? What are the four basic steps in the human resource planning process? Provide case examples demonstrating the benefits of planning. What happens if an organization does not do human resource planning?
