Call centre agents are leaving your call centre company in droves. Your staff turnover is much too high. As the HR manager, you are extremely concerned about this situation. Develop and explain an intervention that will address the issue of staff turnover. Whichever, intervention you select, it should follow a systematic process, attempt to address the root causes of the systems, and offer sustainable solutions.
