Conversely the hirer requires some information from the owner whether he should send him a written request so and then like pay to him KShs as 10 for expenses. a) Further the total payment made under the agreement so and like the date of each payment. And one is

c)Further the total amount that is to become due under the agreement and the amount of each instalment that like is to become due and the date whether it will become due.

Hence the consequences of failure to comply regards requests lacking reasonable cause are: like;

a.whether the person entitled to enforce the agreement against such the hirer or any contract of guarantee relating such to the agreement will lose the right for enforce it. And one is

b.whether the owner loses the right for recover possession of goods from the hirer. And one is

c.whether the holder of any security given through the hirer or guarantor loses the right to such enforce it.

However the default continues for a period exceeding like to 30 days so if the owner would be guilty of an offence and is liable such like to a fine not exceeding KShs. As 500.
