Handling customer complaints

There are always some customers who complain after completing the sales. Like

customer objections, don't take complaints negatively. Other than that, they are often an excellent way to:

  •  Get valuable customer feedback for products
  •  Assess customer attitudes to company policies
  •  Address customer needs that were not earlier identified

In other terms, customer complaints can be a excellent selling opportunity!
