Project Description:
I require a flight scheduling website, including billing and basic aircraft management; this will be used by a local piloting school
There is no requiring for this to be hosted online as it will be running on a local machine. I may also design part of the database such as the billing table and the masterfile tables, the rest of the tables you will design for me to approve.
A basic reference could be from the website flightschedulepro
But the front end could be resigned as well, with the UI more suited to desktop rather than browser based.
This will be done via open source ASP.net or PHP MVC4 or .Net WPF
If you team is capable of doing in either any of those pls quote dissimilar prices for the different languages.
Database will be MySQL
You will suggest a time frame but i would prefer between 2 to 4 months.
