As starting a new business, is it better to leas or buy the business venture?. what factors should be considered. (Knowing that the equity finance is $150,000 and $250,000 could be borrowed using house security) Also, should the business buy, lease or rent-to-buy each of the following (and why):
gym equipment ($150,000 to buy and $5000 per month to lease), Motor vehicle ($20,000), Furniture and fittings ($20,000), computer equipment ($20,000).
(if loan is considered, what type of loan should be considered and what are the most appropriate financial intermediaries?) thank you
