I am currently working on a project and am far from passing, I need help ASAP!

The project task is to create a Decision support system for An Airline. It must predict and make decisions such as how many staff are required to work a month in advance when producing Rota''s. It bares in mind factors that affect how busy an airline is(weather, time of year, seasons, events such as sports, terrorism, hurricane disasters etc.


I must use java to create and interface and a software called AgenaRisk to model predictions.
