This plan will build a good image for Maribyrnong Council, even Melbourne. The opportunity for Maribyrnong Council, there maybe will attract more investment for the company. It also makes people more familiar about the council. Additionally, because of the safety, more and more people may choose to live in Maribyrnong, and then this also develops other industry in Maribyrnong.

The most threat of this plan is the competitor and financial support. Yarra council has been launched this project for several years. They have more experience on the syringe management. Meanwhile, this is a CSR programme, which will be free to all Maribyrnong citizens. Most of the money to launch this project is from donation box, therefore the finance will be a threat for the company if there has not much people to support and donate for this programme.
