Marketing communications provides the means by which organisations and brands are presented to their audiences. Goal is to stimulate a dialogue that will, ideally, result in succession of purchases and complete engagement. This interaction signifies an exchange between each organisation and every customer; according to the quality and satisfaction of the exchange process, it will or won't be repeated. It follows, hence, that communication is a very significant and integral part of the exchange process, and it is the skill as well as judgement of management that determine, in most cases, success or failure. Marketing communications is an audience-centred activity.
