Transportation:

Modern organizations create on a huge scale to cater to the needs of customers scattered all over the country. Call for transportation of goods through the place of production to place of consumption. It offers the physical means that facilitate the movement of persons, services and goods, from one place to other. It is a significant service which is given by marketing department. Quick industrialisation and exchange of goods and services can’t take place unless adequate facilities for transportation are obtainable.
