Implementation phase:
The project takes shape throughout the implementation phase. It includes the construction of the real project outcome. Programmers are engaged along with encoding, contractors are building, designers are included into developing graphic material and the definite reorganisation takes place. This is throughout this phase which the project becomes visible to outsiders, to whom this may appear which the project has just started. The implementation phase is the about ‘doing’ phase, and this is significant to keep the momentum.
