Endocrine glands - liver, Biology

LIVER -

The liver produces a protein angiotensinogen which is changed to angiotensin II by an enzyme renin secreted by the juxtaglomemlar apparatus of the nephrons in the kidney. Angiotensin stimulates the adrenal cortex to produce aldosterone.
