Effective human resource planning, HR Management

 Assess the contribution that effective Human Resource Planning can make to an organization's ability to manage its' people efficiently and effectively. Use examples where appropriate.

As global technological systems and industrial processes become more aligned, systems of managing people converge. However distinctiveness in national systems is very durable, requiring divergence in approach. Examine the tension between convergence and divergence in the international management of people.
