Draw a gantt chart and network diagram, Project Management

Use the WBS you developed in Question to create a project plan with a Gantt chart in Microsoft Project for the project. Clearly identify the milestones for this project. Estimate the task durations and enter dependencies, as appropriate. Remember that your schedule goal for the project is 6 months. Print the Gantt Chart and Network Diagram. Also print out the list of Critical Tasks Report from MS Project (Hint- it is an Overview Report in the Report Menu).

i.  Can the project meet its target duration of 6 months or less?

ii.  What could be done if the estimated project duration is more than 6 months?

Enter the people resources into MS Project as resources beside each task. The resource assignments should make sense given the duration estimates made above. Print out a Resource Usage Report (in the Workload Reports) to get a list of who is working what hours on what tasks.
