Determine the two roots of equation , Mechanical Engineering

(i) Use the GOAL SEEK tool in MS EXCEL to solve the following equation and determine the TWO roots of this equation between 0 < x < 9.

X4-8x3-x2-14x+21=0

(ii). Use the SOLVER tool in MS EXCEL to find the maximum and minimum value of the function in the above range (0 < x < 9).

(iii). Plot the graph of Y = X4-8x3-x2-14x+21for the range 0 < x < 9 in the SAME WORKSHEET and CLEARLY SHOW that the values you obtained as roots for part (i) and values for part (ii) are correct.
