Define Recommended Dietary Allowance for pyridoxine (RDA)?
Average requirements for pyridoxine vary with age, sex and physiological conditions such as protein status, pregnancy and lactation. The ICMR recommendations for individual hake of pyridoxine for adult males and female, is the same - 2.0 mg/day, as can be seen in Table.
