Management has initiated a program, consequently invested a considerable amount of resources and learnt a lesson too. This learning now needs to be percolated down below so in which it does not remain a mere learning but becomes a part and parcel of day to day life in the improved/changed processes. There are several means and ways by that learning of any kind could be disseminated. Human resource training is an example of that.
