The following questions will help in answering questions on community to find the particular ways to operate and also build the relationships and also to grow:

  • How often will the community have to meet and how will the members connect to the ongoing basis?
  • What are the kinds of activities which will generate the energy and develop the trust?
  • How can the community balance the requirements of the different segments of members?
  • How will the members deal with the conflict? How will the newcomers be introduced into the community?
