Blood transfusion
  1. The blood of Raja cannot be transfused to Rama because the blood group of Raja is ‘B' and blood group of Rama is ‘A'.
  2. If Raja's blood with group ‘B' is transfused to Rama with group ‘A', the anti bodies present in the plasma of Rama's blood react with antigen ‘B' present on the red blood cells of Raja's blood.
  3. This leads to agglutination and blood cells are clumped in Rama.
  4. It leads to the death of Rama.
