Construct and interpret the 99% confidence interval for the mean breaking strength of the briefcases produced today.

2. Working independently, each of two researchers has devised a sampling plan to be carried out for the purpose of constructing a 90% confidence interval for the mean  of a certain population. What is the probability that neither of their confidence intervals will include the population mean?
