You are driving down the road when you see a deer in your headlights. It takes you 0.5 seconds to react. Once you react you start braking, and you decelerate at 3m/s2. The skid marks on the road are 120 meters long, and you somehow manage to stop just before hitting the deer (so Bambi's mother gets away safely).
