The planning for a project determined that it is composed of the following tasks, predecessors, and durations: The project will be funded to begin on 1/5/2015. Please use a standard 5 day

You may use a computer program of your choosing or construct the CPM diagram manually as discussed in class. You do not need to submit your diagram, but use it to answer the following questions:

a. For each task, give the Earliest Start, Latest Start, Earliest Finish, Latest Finish, and Total Float.

b. What sequence of tasks makes up the Critical Path?

c. What is the total duration of the project and the earliest completion date as planned?
