Description: You will be given a case study. The case study will include information about tests that were administered to a student. You are to write a report interpreting the test results, including an explanation of how the student's performance on the tests would impact them in the educational setting. If you were this individual's counselor what would you need to do to help them based on what you read in the report? What interventions could be put in place to help increase this person's success rate in the educational setting?

Also included must be considerations you would make when planning the student's academic schedule as well as future career exploration ideas. What recommendations do you have for your client for their home environment and for the family? Your paper must be double spaced, 12 point font, 1 inch margins, New Times Roman. All sources must be cited in APA format and it must be a minimum of 4 full pages long not including the cover and reference page

What is wrong with Penelopey? How does it impact her school setting?

How will it impact her when it comes to choosing a career? What can the school do for penelope to help her with this problem?

How can you as a counselor help her?

Look at how to make adjustments for her, her fanily, and for school and what support to give all three of them. Furthermore, what kind of daily adjustment to give all in school or out of school.

How to do all that with her career plans, how to get her a career and career path going? Penelope is a 15yr old girl currently in the 9th grade. She repeated second grade. Her report cards say she is unmotivated, not working up to her potential, daydreams and is lazy at times. Teachers say she appears to be paying attention in class but when it is time for independent work Penelope just sits at her desk and does nothing. She is not disruptive in any way. She is very polite and very respectful young lady. She fits in socially and delightful to talk with.Unfortunately, she does not use her class time to complete her work and never turns in her assignments. Penelope will often ask to make up assignments but fails to follow through. Penelope was administered a variety of psychological tests as part of this assessment. She was cooperative and friendly throughout the testing process. She put forth her best effort and showed no signs offrusteration.

The following tests were administrated: Weschler intelligence Scale for children 4th ed (WISC-IV)

Woodstock Johnson test of academic achievement -3rd ed (WJ-III)

Barkley Behavior Rating scales (ADHD)

Reynolds Adolescent Depression scale-2nd ed (RADS-II)

WISC_IV 1st test stated her verbal and nonverbal abilities fell in the normal range. Her ability to process information under time circumstances was also at average level. Tests that assessed her short term and working memory revealed that she has significant deficit in this area. Her long-term memory appears to be intact.

Was given by teachers and her mother to determine if she had any symptoms associated with ADD or ADHD. Results of tests showed no signs of either one
