You are required to analyse a case study entitled 'Black Coalition for AIDS Prevention'. A copy of this case study uploaded. You are required to address the following in the essay:

1- Provide the vision / Mission

2- What is the objectives in the company.

3- Critically analyse the recruitment challenges in the case study, including how they impact on the strategic issues mentioned in the case.

1. Provide your recommendations that may help to overcome the challenges discussed in your essay.

It is important keep in mind that theessay needs to be well structured and coherent such that it clearly communicates their insightful and critical thinking.

This essay will be assessed primarily on its ability to recognise, analyse and discuss the key issues, theories and practices relevant in the case study as well as the inter-linkages.

Please note that the referencing style for this unit is Chicago (16th Edition) referencing style. The minimum amount of academic (peer-reviewed journal articles) sources is 10 within the last five years dated and the word limit is 2000 words.
